Welcome to Cubo's Apartment Torreoceano, situated in an exclusive development with private access to the beach just 50 metres away. Its communal gardens will allow you to take a short stroll around the grounds and its private access to the beach will put you in just a two minute walk to the beach.

Please note that this property has a communal swimming pool and communal children's pool, however, due to water restrictions bathing is currently prohibited.

The location of the accommodation is very exclusive, having all the necessary services for your day to day life, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and all kinds of business will be within your reach.

Within the urbanization there is a direct access to the beach through a path or tunnel that avoids having to go out to the adjoining road and as we say is exclusive to this abanación.

The accommodation, with a comfortable and organised layout, distributes the sleeping areas in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The rooms are bright and have space for luggage storage.

You will not have problems with the bathroom, the accommodation has two complete toilets with shower.

You will be able to prepare your lunches in the fully equipped kitchenette, you will not be able to resist any type of cooking thanks to the great equipment available. The living-dining room, linked to the kitchen, will allow you to enjoy those moments with your family, read a book, or rest in the comfortable furniture offered by the accommodation. The terrace overlooks the garden, bright and cool, with pleasant sunlight in the early hours of the morning, you can have breakfast in the early morning sun and enjoy a pleasant and cool rest in the afternoon.

Although the flat has large windows and is cool without the need for air conditioning, on hotter days you can make use of the air conditioning equipment in the accommodation.

You can also enjoy the free WIFI connection.

Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for any possible restrictions in the water supply and how they may affect the traveller's stay, provided that these are decreed by the competent authorities and must be complied with.
