In 5 minutes (scooter) you will be at the beach or in the city of Pattaya with its famous Walkingstreet, its many good restaurants and its shopping centers.
The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool (4 x 8 meters)
We have our own night porter. A few minutes from the residence, you will find good restaurants for your breakfast.
The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have large beds. All rooms are air conditioned.
In the living room we have a flat screen TV and high speed internet.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, water heater, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine and microwave.
A barbecue area is available under the terrace, next to the swimming pool.
The garden with palm trees and beautiful flowers surrounds the pool. It is naturally heated by the rays of the sun present all year round.
The location of the villa is unique, between Pattaya and Jomtien. This means that in about 5 minutes (scooter) you will be at the beach or in the city of Pattaya where you will find many restaurants, great shops and unlimited bars.
On arrival, beds are made, 4 towels are provided per room. You will be welcomed upon arrival at the Villa. You can get lots of practical information at this time to make your stay easier.
Every 4-5 days the bedding and towels will be replaced.
Electricity is excluded from the rental price (unless specific contract), the electric meter will be read at your reception. The cost is 8 Baht per KWH, the water is free.
Because the villa is located in a residence, we ask you to respect the sleep of the neighbors when you return in the evening or at night.
During your stay, you can contact us 24/24, we are always there to help you if necessary.
To operate in Pattaya and Jomtien, you will find blue buses 24 hours a day. Depending on the distance traveled, the price will be 10 or 20 baht per person.
To facilitate your transfer from the airport to the villa, we have a taxi service. Our driver will meet you at the exit with a sign indicating your name.
We recommend this service because the drivers know the addresses of the different villas.


For your trips to and around Pattaya, we have a private taxi service. Our driver will take you to the beach, town, supermarket, restaurants or other places where you want to go and take you back to the villa. A price for the different races is available on site.
On request we can provide scooters or bikes. They can be ready at home as soon as you arrive. For this we work with a local company.
