Summerhouse Villas, within Litchfield by the Sea Resort, are in a gated and private, family oriented beach community. This 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and bath with granite and ceramic tile. Outstanding unit with lots of light, and very short 10 minute walk to the beach. . Summerhouse features a Elevator, covered and uncovered parking.

The condo overlooks a lazy river, designed for kids (of all ages) to enjoy to the maximum. The lazy river has two kid-sized water cannons and 2 large water buckets, randomly dumping a large amount of water. For the adults, the pool area has a lot of seating and 2 very LARGE HOT spas. For everyone's enjoyment, this condo is totally Non-Smoking and Pets are not allowed. No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property.

Good location for beach and golf

We had a lovely week at this condo. Clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space. You can drive and park at the beach house, or walk the 1/2 mile. Tons of nearby golf courses. We'll rent this place again next time in Pawleys Island.

Lovely condo

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room and on the balcony, when we weren’t at the beach or pool. A lovely weekend getaway for us!

Can’t wait to come back

This was an incredible stay!! We have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea before, but have always booked directly through the resort. This unit was PERFECT! All the amenities, great room, and way easier check in/check out process than the resort. We will definitely be back!
