Explore the beauty and adventure of the Sunderland Ranch. With a 60x80 horse barn, out door arena and round pen you will find yourself swept away in the unique adventure that the Ranch offers. Our rooms, located upstairs in the barn, are comfortably decorated with western and country themes. Shared bath and kitchenette. Gorgeous views from every direction. Bring your horse, or come stay and play.

Sunderland is surrounded with surreal views. This property is very unique and special. I love the horses and every window provides a view of the mountains. The bathroom is located downstairs if you don’t mind walking to it. The bed and pillows were comfortable and sufficient. I highly recommend a stay here. It’s such a unique experience.

Relaxing Mountain View horse property

Great trip- Had a fun trail ride and relaxed on back deck enjoying views. Will defiantly go back!

Sloan & I have three wonderful children, Elijah, Talan & Avalia. All our kids are involved in our family farm as grandparents Wick & Candy.

Why they chose this property

This property has been a family legacy for nearly 40 years. Wick and Candy homesteaded bringing this nearly 400 acres into production and building a life here. We have come along side them in the last 15 years and began raising elk, cattle and horses. We have developed trail rides, wagon tours, farm tours and farm stays. We are excited to share our wonderful life with your. Our property still has a true pioneer feel to it!
