OUTSIDE:

Guests have a large private Yard with Garden, ideal to have relaxing moments outdoors with family or children. In the Yard there is access to a spacious covered and equipped Veranda, suitable for breakfasts/lunches/dinners during holidays.

INSIDE:

The interior has simple but functional furnishings, and there are:
- a spacious Dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed
- small Bathroom (with washbasin, wc and bidet)
- first double Bedroom
- second double Bedroom (without window)
- third Bedroom with two single beds (the entrance is from the covered veranda)
- second Bathroom with cabin shower

Clarification: To enter the third bedroom, guests have the access from second double bedroom.

A part of villa in a loud neighbourhood

Altogether it was a pleasant stay. The premise is large enough, well-located with a perfect beach near-by. Small shops and nice bars 10 minutes away by foot. Shopping malls and tourist-oriented restaurants 25 minutes away by car in Ostuni. For Italy-specifics (either food or clothes) you would need to drive further, of course. As to the Villa itself – it is a decent old house that is kept in a good shape. Mostly clean, except for the shower – just like in 3-star hotels, mould is in every corner. Plus, it is not a full house. You get 1/3 of a building, because it is a rectangular building divided into three flats. So you do have neighbours that have some machine (descaler or something) that turns on between 9 and 10 pm every night just behind your bedrooms wall. Not to mention a few hotels / clubs / whatever that run karaoke, disco and shows till midnight so loud that you feel the noise even with all windows closed. In case you are loud yourself – no problem. But if you hope to get your kids to bed early – you will have to try hard getting them tired enough to ignore all this noise.

Villa delle Palme is complete and comfortable, full of services: Wi-Fi, large outdoor space to have relaxing time, ducted air conditioning in all rooms, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. It is near the beach that is reachable on foot easily. Near there is also a bus stop, that connects the seaside and Ostuni town.
From this area, guests can discover other cities: Polignano, Alberobello with its typical Trulli, Itria Valley, Lecce and other beautiful sandy beaches.
