Nice, cozy and bright apartment of 75 sqm. Located on the first floor, recently refurbished and furnished, it is located near the main tourist destinations of the city but at the same time in a residential and quiet area where you can enjoy the charm of authentic Venice. It can comfortably accommodate three people. The new and comfortable sofa bed is "French" with a mattress of 140 cm. It is placed in the living room which, depending on necessity, becomes a second comfortable bedroom, independent of the other rooms and equipped with a door. The large kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Excellent heating and air conditioning system. The Super Wi fi (Fibra) line is unlimited. A 10-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and five minutes from the Biennale Gardens and the Arsenale, it is the ideal place for visitors to the Biennale d'Arte and Architecture, to explore the major tourist sites and to discover a Venetian hidden but more true. It is located in the heart of the "true" Venice, in the characteristic Via Garibaldi in Sestiere di Castello.
A few steps from the apartment there are typical Venetian venues, bars, shops and supermarkets (COOP, economical, well stocked with everything, is just a two minute walk to walk from home). The vaporetto stop is just a few minutes away.

Perfect location, perfect host !

The flat is really charming, with the most lovely host in Venice. Best is the great location of Ca´Martina: directly in the Via Garibaldi, but still quiet to sleep because that room is in the back. Close to the Vaporetto Station, Giardini, restaurants, bars... I felt very much at home, thank you, dear Martina!
