New cozy, modern and functional apartment for two people on the ground floor with small terrace overlooking the pool, available: deck chairs, outdoor hot tub, bicycles, shared parking and barbecue. The location is great for vacation, the beach and the various bathing facilities are within walking distance in a few minutes. The center of Umag can be reached on foot.
From 01. 07. to 01. 09. bookable only from Saturday to Saturday weekly stays (one or more weeks).

The accommodation is located in a residence with 11 apartments that are rented for summer holidays.

The air-conditioned studio has 18 m2, on the ground floor, nice and functional, the bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV (flat screen), kitchenette (2 ceramic hobs, microwave, dining table. The exit on the 6 sqm terrace attached to the pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and jacuzzi for 5 people. Great choice for a relaxing holiday and comfort. Free Wifi.

The studio has a great location in a popular tourist area of Umag - Punta, 2 km from the center of Umag, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 300 meters from the beach. In the common ground 1 500 m2 (fenced) with the well-kept garden, the swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, open from 23. 04. to 24. 09.). At disposal: boat (extra). Breakfast is available on request (extra). The grocery store is just 500 m away, the restaurant is 400 m away. Tennis courts are only 200 m away, a public playground 20 m away.

All guests of the residence have free access to the pool, deckchairs, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue and bicycles. Free parking near the house.
