VILLA WITH SWIMMING POOL AND PRIVATE GARDENS -FULLY PRIVATE POOL WITHIN THE VILLA AND WITH AUTOMATIC DOOR. THE HOUSE WITH 3 BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS. LARGE LIVING ROOM. KITCHEN WIDE AND FULLY EQUIPPED: Refrigerator. Oven . Microwave oven. Water boiler. Toaster. Squeezer. Electric coffe maker. Espresso coffee maker. All the pans and utensils necessary to feel at home. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and a very large clothes airer outside. THE MAIN BEDROOM HAS PRIVATE BATHROOM.
All the bedrooms have keys, they are provided with very comfortable wardrobes with beds and blankets. The bathrooms are spacious and have towels, stools, bathtubs, and bathroom furniture. The living room has a sofa. With TV and channels in all languages, DVD player. Video console PS3 with several games. DVD Adults and children. It is in turn in an excellent location to move to any place: pharmacies, supermarkets and shops nearby. From the house there are wonderful views of the mountains to villages to the ocean and valleys. The nearest sandy beach is 6 minutes by car and 10 minutes from Las Canteras beach by car. Villa With grass courts to play tennis or paddle. Just 10 minutes from the capital by car. The ideal area for hiking. 50 METERS FROM THE HOUSE HAS FOUR RESTAURANTS. Ten minutes by car you can access incredible and large shopping centers. A 5 minute walk is the theme park.

Not great location

Description very misleading states 10 mins from beach takes 40 mins In a taxi cost 60 euros a day pool was freezing so children could not use also nothing round the villa like it states shops etc If you haven't a car it's not good af to find more accommodation after day 4 as nothing for the children and we payed for 14 days not good

The house was what it said online. We couldn't have asked for more. We had a good time. Carmen and her family was wery helpful, whit everything. I would defenetly recommend this to anyone.

Excellent property, lovely holiday

We had a fantastic time at La Caldera Villa. the house is really nicely set out, comfortable, clean and everything works very well. we really enjoyed the pool, playing tennis / football - our kids are still young. the location means we spent a fair amount of time driving if we wanted to go to the south of island, although don't overlook the north if you stay there - we had a lovely day at Guayedra beach. Mari Carmen and her family were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. all in all we would highly recommend this. it was a lovely holiday.

Lovely Stay

This property had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Comfortable Lounge and extremely comfortable bed in the main bedroom. It was incredibly clean, not a speck of dust. There are barbeque facilities and there is even a fire pit. It is very private and is also very quiet. It was conveniently situated very close to a Hiperdino and on a main route. It is on the North side so we did spend time travelling to and from Maspalmolas, Amadores (Best beach! in our opinion) and Puerto Rico. etc. We personally prefer being out of the tourist areas so if you are the same then this is nice and far away from all of that, yet you are within driving distance of all the island has to offer. We felt very safe there. Carmen was lovely to deal with, she answered all my questions and was easily reachable on Whatsapp if I had any queries. I would recommend this for a family stay! The pool was lovely and refreshing too!
