Cozy property in a villa park, a very nice 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom dependence surrounded by trees and flowers. In the main villa leaves the very welcome owners which are happy to share their gorgeous pool with guests.
the property is up of about 40 steps form the main building it has a private outdoor area with BBQ and table with chairs for al fresco dinners.
The property consist in a very large living room with fireplace, double sofa bed, TV satellite and internet wifi, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub.
The property is located in Grottaferrata, in the Castelli Romani area, only 20 km from Rome with is easy to reach by train in 30 minutes from station Frascati (only 2 km away), train takes into the Termini station in Center of Rome.
The villa is into a residential area guest have a private gated parking, in the town you will have all kind of services needed, The Castelli Romani are very famous for the beauty of the towns around and of course for the for food!! Some example Frascati is very famous for its wine! Ariccia for the world famous Porchetta! Castel gandolfo and Nami with the two lakes, Castel gandolfo is also the summer Pope’s resindence.; Marino with is wine Sagra in September all of these towns are less than 20 mintes drive from the villa

Wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in Grottaferrata gehabt. Das war einfach unglaublich schön. Ricardo ist ein sehr netter Mensch. Es hat alles einfach Spaß gemacht. Die FEWO befindet sich in einer Top Lage. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal für Rom Besuche.

Das Finden des Hauses und die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war extrem schwierig und wurde uns im Vorfeld so auch nicht mitgeteilt. Der Name des Vermieters war nicht bekannt und somit auch nicht klar, wo wir uns melden sollten. Das Haus selbst war großzügig und mit viel Platz. Der Außenbereich zum Sitzen ist sehr schön und mit viel Überblick. Der Ort ist Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, hier gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants und Osterias. Die gemeinsame Nutzung des Pools war uns bekannt, vor Ort war dieses jedoch schwierig, da der Pool direkt vor den Fenstern des Vermieters war. Ebenso führte der Weg zum Haus unmittelbar über die Terrasse des Vermieters und an dessen Fenster/Sitzgruppe vorbei. Der Vermieter hatte 3 Hunde.

Maison située dans un quartier de seconde résidence à 20km de Rome

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la villa. Riccardo et sa femme sont des gens sympathiques et calmes. Ils nous ont bien accueilli et offert une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Par contre, nous n’étions pas au courant qu’ils avaient trois petits chiens. Ils nous ont demandé si ça nous gênait. Heureusement, aucun de nous n’est allergique aux poils de chiens! La villa était confortable, spacieuse avec deux salles de bain. Dans la première salle de bain, la douche n’était pas très propre (champignons dans les coins). Les chambres étaient confortables et les fenêtres munies de moustiquaires. Nous n’avons par contre pas bien dormis car la nuit des chiens aboyaient, les alarmes de certaines maisons avoisinantes se déclenchaient, musique assez forte provenant d’un club situé derrière la villa et ce jusque minuit passé, tous les jours! Le wifi n’était pas top du tout. La tv disposait de 900chaines mais il n’y avait qu’une seule chaîne francophone disponible . La piscine était spacieuse et propre. Par contre, attention si vous y allez avec un enfant d’environ 9ans, celui-ci doit savoir nager car en descendant de l’échelle il n’a pas pied du tout. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Lovely house on a hill in Grottaferrata

It was a lovely house high up on a hill. It was a lot of stairs to climb, something to think about when renting it. The house has a nice terrace with view over the neighbourhood. The house is even prettier inside then the photos shows. The owners is very helpful and nice people. The pool is in the yard of the owners and you have to cross their property every time back and forward to the house. The house setting is lovely in Grottaferrata, near Frascati and other lovely spots to visit. We really enjoyed the time here. Grazie Mille Casa Paola
