This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool, air con in all the bedrooms, wi-fi, games room with pool table as well as table tennis table outside, BBQ and al fresco dining has everything to keep any family happy. Including heated pool if required.

The villa is situated just outside the popular coastal resort of Moraira and just a few minutes from the Ifach golf course, so ideal for a golfing family or a family who want to be close to the beach, which is just 5 minutes by car.

The villa is very spacious it consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and 2 further bathrooms one for each of the other bedrooms set out over 2 floors, the lower floor a mirror image of the upper floor.

On entering the villa there is a beautiful open plan living / dining room with kitchen.
The living room is light and spacious with comfortable seating, there is a 50 inch flat screen TV along with dvd player. There is an Amazon fire stick provided to allow guests to enjoy TV in their chosen language. Free fast wi-fi is provided too.

There is an elegant dining area along with patio doors leading to an upper terrace with further easy seating over looking the pool and the garden.

The kitchen is well equipped including oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher. It is light and modern and has all you would need. There is a utility room next to the kitchen complete with washing machine and ironing facilities.

On this floor there is a spacious master bedroom over looking the pool and garden area. It has a super king size bed (6 foot) ample storage, air conditioning and is very spacious. There is a modern en suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, vanity unit and wc. All of which is very modern and fresh.

On the same floor there is a further double bedroom again with a view of the pool, air conditioning and ample storage. Both rooms are light and modern.
This bedroom also benefits from its own shower room across the hall, it is modern and has a shower cubicle, sink and w.c.

Taking the elegant staircase to the lower floor, this is a mirror image of the upper floor.

Again there is a spacious double room with air conditioning, ample storage and looking out to the pool area. This bedroom benefits from a further en suite with large walk in shower, sink and w.c. It is all very modern and stylish.

There is a twin room on this floor again with air conditioning, storage and looking to out to the pool. Across the hall from this twin room there is a further family bathroom with shower cubicle , sink and w.c.

Most windows benefit from rejas (ornate metal bars), fly screens and shutters.

There is a further spacious games room complete with ceiling fans, again with seating and a further flat screen TV, with dvd player. Here you will find a pool table for your enjoyment, along with a fridge for the all important cold drink.

Leaving by the patio doors is a further dining terrace under cover, there is a further stylish dining area under a beautiful gazebo so perfect for al fresco dining out of the sunshine. A gas BBQ is provided and the is lot so terracing.

The garden is spacious with mature shrubs and trees and artificial grass surrounds the private swimming pool which can be lit at night. The pool can also be heated (on request, extra costs).

8 Sun loungers, pool towels are provided for your use.

The villa is spacious and homely, but stylish and comfortable too. It is perfect for 2 families of 4 to holiday together but each family can have their own floor for sleeping, therefore offering a little privacy to each.

The villa is perfectly maintained and cleaned to the highest standard folloing covid guidelines using anti bacterial cleaners.

Linen is provided and laundered professionally therefore is it clean and fresh

We have many repeat guests who holiday with us year after year. They fall in love with this beautiful area and they return to one of our villas, as they understand that the villa will be perfectly clean and beautifully presented for them.

San Jaime villa

Lovely villa just as advertised. Everything you could need for a good family holiday. Including decent wifi (essential for the kids!). Loved the nearby golf course restaurant 'Dos Toros'. Pepe le Sal the nearest supermarket is superb. Short drive to beaches and facilities of Moraira, which gets better each time we go. This is our 10th visit and we'll be back next year.

Lovely villa

The villa was lovely and provided plenty of space for the kids to keep busy, whilst allowing the adults to relax and enjoy the pool. Any questions we had were very quickly answered by Michelle. A great stay.

Superbe villa sur les hauteurs de Moraira

Très belle villa, très bien équipée, confortable, tous ce qu’il faut pour y passer 15 jours sans problèmes. Il y a 2 chambres en haut et 2 chambres en bas, très belle terrasse, piscine superbe. A 10 minutes des plages et des commerces en voiture. Propriétaire joignable à tout moment par téléphone.

We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.The villas are all very well equipped and maintained to the highest standard. Many are the homes of the owners who simply rent during the height of the summer. If theres a problem we are only a phone call / whatsapp away. We will always do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there. There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 20 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like how the TV works, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster. We bought our first villa in the year 2000. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back.
