The apartment is located in a villa of the late nineteenth century, divided into 8 apartments, surrounded by a large park that reaches the sea. Large terrace overlooking the sea and private parking complete the property.

The private terrace of the apartment, partially covered by a gazebo, is equipped with a table and chairs to dine outdoors, in the open part, deckchairs for sunbathing.
In the kitchen, which overlooks the terrace, in addition to the normal equipment such as dish drains, burners, fridge, cupboards and oven you will also find dishwashers, electric kettle, toaster, and on request "Lavazza" espresso machine or American coffee.

The villa is located in the center of Castiglioncello, close to shops, bars and restaurants. It is 200 meters from the station for connections to Livorno (20 min) Pisa (30 min.), Florence (1 h 30 min), Grosseto (1 h 20 min). Through the private garden you exit directly on the seafront of Castiglioncello, a 200m walk leads us to the pine forest Marradi, a pedestrian island, where children can have fun with minigolf and jousts while their parents watch them comfortably seated at the bar tables , or looking at the windows. Going in the other direction, in 15 minutes, always on the sea promenade, you reach the tourist port "Cala de Medici".
