SUMMER SEASON 2023: SPACIOUS STUDIO OF 30m2 for 4 people maximum. Air-conditioned 60 m from the beach
- July is rented for a minimum of two weeks and possibly the remaining week
. August is rented by the month or by the fortnight and remaining weeks according to the calendar.
BOOKING: ONLINE if necessary ask the owner for last minute availability or questions -
RESORT FOR 4 PEOPLE (adults and children) May, June, July, August.
parking 500 meters in a private and secure residence, I rent my parking space (not numbered) 40 € per week (to be paid in advance on arrival against mini contract).
Secure parking at the Palais des Congrès: €70 per week
- Municipal car park opposite the apartment for a day pass of around €8/day.
Free places in the surroundings but very rare.

Un séjour plus que parfait!

Coup de coeur pour l'emplacement : Idéalement situé en plein coeur de Juan-les-Pins. La proximité de la plage publique comme privée est très pratique et agréable. J'ai apprécié la possibilité de pouvoir tout faire à pied : les courses, le shopping, les sorties nocturnes, les ballades sur la plage ainsi que la gare de Juan-les-pins très proche afin de visiter les environs. Concernant le logement, il n'y a rien à dire. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. On peut voir que de récents travaux ont vraiment donné un cachet particulier à cet appartement. C'est également agréable de pouvoir laver son linge grâce à la machine à disposition dans la salle de bain plutôt que d'aller à la laverie. Pour les vacances, le tout équipé c'est le rêve! La literie est notamment très confortable! Encore merci pour ces prestations, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour et ne manquerons pas à le renouveler dès que possible! Le soleil nous manque déjà!
