Located halfway between the market town of Larmor-Baden and that of Baden, the beach de Locmiquel is only 800m, 2kms from the city center and shops of Larmor-Baden, 2,5kms from the Port of Larmor-Baden and close to the Golf of Baden.

The house has 3 bedrooms, but the independent living room is equipped with a convertible sofa and can be used as a 4th bedroom.
When you arrive, you park in the driveway (up to 3 vehicles), you access the house by its south-east facing terrace. You enter through the hall on your right, a living room with 1 convertible corner sofa in fabric overlooking the terrace, coffee table, flat screen TV.
Opposite the living room is a large bedroom with a 160 * 200 cm bed, fitted with a closet and a private shower room. 1 separate wc.
On the left of the entrance you enter the living room, which consists of a dining room with a large table for 10/12 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
A staircase leading upstairs leads to 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and the other with 2 80 x 200 cm beds (which can be put together), Between these 2 bedrooms a bathroom with wc and bathtub.
Outside, the garden is at your disposal to rest under shady places or to have fun. It is fully enclosed and not overlooked.
