About this property

Casa Di Roccia is a holiday house located in the Istrian village of Marčana, located 14 km from Pula and 9 km from the sea. If you visit us you will experience the atmosphere of an old stone Istrian house with an authentic tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and an in-house barbecue and living room, lcd tv. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each room has a TV, there are two bathrooms and a terrace. The entire facility is equipped with a heating and cooling system.

The exterior of Casa Di Roccia consists of a stone enclosure with a fully equipped kitchen with an outside grill and bread oven, dining room and LCD TV. It is especially romantic to sit near our old olive trees during the day and even at night when they are beautifully illuminated. If you want to relax and soak up the sun you can enjoy in our pool with Jacuzzi so relaxation is guaranteed.

Casa Di Roccia is an autochthonous Istrian stone house we renovated it has a unique tavern with a barbeque and fully equipped kitchen. Inside the tavern, we made a living room space for you to lounge and watch tv when the temperature outside is high in a tavern is nice and pleasant. Outside we have the outdoor grill with the baking oven so you can make original home pizza or bread, we also have a totally equipped outside kitchen. If you want to soak up the sun or just relax you can do it in our swimming pool with jacuzzi. Casa Di Roccia is situated in an Istrian village surrounded by greenery, domestic animals. All the necessary amenities are at 200 meters from the house and they will satisfy everyone's needs. The town of Pula is 13 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 9 km away( Duga Uvala with beautiful beaches).
