About this property

Apartment completely renovated this year 2018, with heating. It has a large living room of almost 30 square meters, 2 bedrooms (one with a 32 "TV and the other with gem beds), a bathroom with shower and a separate kitchen. There is the possibility of installing an extra bed of 90, upon request, for placement in a common area.

We also offer the possibility of extras for babies or small children, such as cot, high chair, stroller, bathtub, etc., but always on demand.

The apartment is barely 90 meters from the Silgar beach, as well as from the restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets and shopping areas, so it is not necessary to use the vehicle, having a garage space in the same building , which has a doorman.

The rules to be followed are the following: a) Pets are not allowed b) Smoking is not allowed c) As it is a residential building, parties and events are not allowed d) Please respect the rules of the Community.

We consider it an ideal apartment for families with children.
