Beautiful small villa with pool and gardens in a lovely location between the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and the harbour of Puerto Pollensa (4km), with mountains views and only a short drive away from the wonderful beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente, this is an Idyllic place to spend a relaxed holiday. This lovely little villa has a lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a 8 X 4 metre private swimming pool with terrace and covered barbecue, air con and heating, the golf course is only 4 Km distance.

Relaxed holidays in Can Mercer

We had a great time in this house. Beautiful garden, simple but beautiful and cozy house in what we consider to be the most beautiful part of Mallorca. Very nice owner as well!

Wunderschöne kleine Villa

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht, insbesondere der Außenbereich und der Garten mit Pool sind toll. Bushaltestelle und Supermärkte fußläufig. Betina war eine super Gastgeberin. Leider haben wir uns nicht persönlich getroffen, aber sie hat auf unsere Fragen immer sofort reagiert und uns weiter geholfen. Vielen Dank!!

Great location. Shame about the villa

To describe this villa as rustic would at best be benevolent . Whilst the outdoor pool and gardens are good , the villa itself is in need a refurbishment. The cramped kitchenette and bathroom are well passed their “ sell by date “ as is the earthenware; Cups , mugs, plates , bowls cracked and chipped There was only one parasol which made relaxing by the pool impossible for two sunbeds

A Place to wride a book

Nice Welcome Pretty nice Garden Everthing was Clean, pool, bedroom, kitchen, Garden, bathroom The Garden is complete private Good to know: Need a Car to go to the beach or to Tourist Attractions 2 beeds seperatet upstairs without door, for us Not a Problem Lidl is Just across the Street, 5 min by Walk A quiet, private nice place. I would come again If i could affort or If i ever would write a book 😉 We enjoyed or week very much Thanks for Everthing.
