About this property

Our detached 4 bed private villa with 2 bathrooms, kitchen diner is in El Alamillo very close to all amenities and the port itself. We have stunning sea views on all levels and a private swimming pool with childrens waterslide. Very spacious terrace area with sunbeds , dining area and outdoor barbecue. Large rooftop solarium with views of the whole bay of Mazarron. This villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends and can sleep up to 8 people. the house is situated in a residential area and is a 10-minute walk to the local beach, adjoining the sandy beach of Puerto de Mazarron, harbour and marina. The Puerto is within a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. There are some local restaurants and a pharmacy, within 5/10 minutes walk. Wide variety of restaurants and cafes/bars along the sea front in Puerto de Mazarron. Both sea and inland views are available from the house. The 3 upper bedrooms all have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes, downstairs there are free standing fans. Smart TV .

Puerto de Mazarron is a Spanish fishing port situated on the Costa Calida of Spain and benefits from all year around sunshine.
It is accessed from Alicante Airport ( approximately 1 hr 20 mins) or San Javier , Murcia Airport ( Approximately 50 minutes away).

The owners lived and worked in the area previously and have an excellent knowledge of local amenities , contacts and taxi drivers should it be required.

Buenas vacaciones

Hemos pasado 2 semanas en agosto y la casa está bastante bien. Es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. La piscina es estupenda, la hemos disfrutado mucho aunque el primer día vimos que estaba bastante sucia y avisamos a Brian y Gill (las personas que te reciben) y en seguida lo solucionaron. La ubicación es buena, es una zona tranquila y a 10 minutos de la playa aunque tiene algunas piedras. Cosas mejorables: encontrar la casa algo más limpia, el sofá del salón y el colchón de la habitación de abajo necesitan una renovación, algún vaso más y tazas para el desayuno. Dejando a parte esto, lo hemos pasado muy bien. La comunicación con Richard ha sido estupenda. Alojamiento recomendable.

Voor ons is vakantie zorgeloos genieten en tot rust komen. Het uitzicht en het zwembad waren prima. Jammer genoeg ontstond er vanuit de bovenste badkamer de eerste avond een erg onaangename rioolgeur die verspreidde zich over gans het huis. De ideeën over de aanpak voor deze geurhinder tussen ons en de eigenaar kwamen niet overeen. De eigenaar besliste om ons verblijf te beëindigen en betaalde ons terug.

Awesome

Lovely house, we loved the pool and this was checked and cleaned twice during our stay. The stuation was perfect , short walk to the beach and the port , we didnt need a car and also had been privided with a taxi contact number, so were able to call and this was so easy. The house is very accesible to where we planned to visit. Was clean and perfect for our stay, will consider staying there agaig. The host was very responsive with any questions we had too which also made our stay more perfect
