Diaphanous studio recently renovated, with a modern and functional air. It has a useful surface of 35 meters + 5 meters of terrace overlooking the promenade, beach and sea. The studio has air conditioning, 1 sofa bed + 1 double bed, kitchen, bathroom, laminate flooring and awning on the terrace. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils. Capacity for 2-4 people.

The following services are included:
• Bed linen with weekly change,
• Towels with weekly change,
• Community pool and tennis court from June 15 to September 15.
• Community parking without assigned space, depends on the occupation level, but there are no problems finding a place.
•Lift.
•Air conditioner.
• Scourer kit, cloth, dish soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags and cleaning products.

Services not included:
• No linens or tea towels included.
• Foods are not included, (salt, sugar, oil, ...)
• No personal care products are included (gel, shampoo, ...)
• No WiFi

We offer the following Services:
If you decide to use any of the following services, you must request it in advance and pay in cash at the time of arrival.
• Supplementary bed type folding bed with bedding (€ 30 / stay)
• Travel cot with mattress without bedding (€ 20 / stay).
• Pets. Check price and possibility. (Races classified as dangerous are not allowed).
• Food purchase € 20, please provide us with your shopping list and we will deliver it to you upon your arrival.
• Cleaning service during your stay. Check price and availability.
• Early Check-In or Late Check-out (consult). If by circumstances you would like to enter the house before 16:00 or leave later than 11:00, you should consult us beforehand to see if this possibility exists and if it supposes additional cost.
• Late Check-In. The entrance time is scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. They charge € 20 if by circumstances the Check-In is after 20:00.
