There is direct access to the enclosed children friendly communal gardens via the stairs or lift, leading to 2 large pools, one adult & one childs to the front of the apartment - Children can be viewed at these pools from main terrace. Another large adult pool to the rear of the apartment - Again you can view this pool from Bedroom 3 Balcony. There are a further 5 Adult pools dotted over the complex that can also be used.All pool areas have sunbeds and umbrellas.

It is a 10/12 minute stroll down hill or a 2 minute drive into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants and a 3 minute drive into the neighboring town of Sabinillas which has supermarkets , markets and many Spanish tapas bars. If on foot it can be 20 minute walk back up hill or 5/6 Euro in a Taxi.

Puerto de la Duquesa is a pretty cosmopolitan marina which stands between 2 blue flag beaches and bordering Duquesa is the larger resort of San Luis De Sabinillas, which has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches, that run as far as the eye can see.

For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within 10/15 minutes driving distance from the complex. Duquesa Golf complex is just 2 minutes away and is now under new management, who hopefully can get the course back to A1 standard..

Malaga Airport is a 50 minute drive away and Gibraltar is a 25 minute drive away. Upmarket towns of SotoGrande, Puerto Banus & Marbella all close by.
