In a small villa 20 meters from the sea and pine forest, I rent a splendid apartment, its plus is the size of the rooms, its freshness on hot summer days and its large enclosed outdoor area furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. Inside, the apartment has two large bedrooms (6 beds: 2 double and a bunk bed, plus a baby bed) sitting area, two bathrooms, open kitchen with dining area. The apartment is suitable for wheelchair users. Cars can be parked in the courtyard. The price includes utilities (apart from natural gas for the winter period), the prices do not include final cleaning, possible rental of bed linen and towels, communal washing machine, agreements with lido and restaurants, pets are allowed. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, the price includes the use of the washing machine once a week for a wash, if you wish to use it several times, the cost is € 3.00 per wash. The prices include utilities, if you want to use energy-efficient appliances such as fans, mobile air conditioners, electric grill, microwave oven, electric coffee makers, the electricity is calculated separately and must be communicated at the beginning of the stay. The prices do not include the final cleaning costs which must be paid on arrival and which amount to € 70.00, in the case of animals they are € 80.00. Upon arrival you must also pay the deposit of € 50.00 for any damage, which will be returned on departure if there is no damage to the apartment and property.
On site the tourist tax of 0.80 euros per person per day for a maximum of 6 days must be paid. Children under the age of 14, the disabled and their companion are exempted.
