It is a studio apartment located on the right side of the villa. Totally independent entrance and large terrace for the exclusive use of the apartment. Equipped with outdoor table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. Outdoor shower. sea view .. Parking is easy in front of the chalet.
The interior of the studio apartment is elegant and welcoming. The ground is marble.
The mini kitchen is equipped with everything you need (fridge, toaster, 4 electric plates, micro-oven,), soap, hairdryer in the bathroom.
Double bedroom for two people.
You will also find iron and ironing board, toaster.
We also provide towels for the terrace, swimming pool and sea.
Beside the villa, a staircase leads to the seaside promenade and the typical port.
The first Playa Chica beach is located about 400 meters along the sea and the port.

Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet

Der Strand soll nur 400m entfernt sein. Wir haben es nicht ausgemessen. Gut wäre es gewesen zu erwähnen, dass die FeWo sehr hoch in den Berg ist. Den muss man dann natürlich wieder rauf marschieren, wenn man unten am Hafen, im Einkaufszentrum oder am Strand war. Die Wohnung war ok, wobei die Küche sehr winzig ist, für jemanden der kochen will , völlig ungeeignet.
