Single storey villa (110 m2). Situated approx 1300 m from the sea front – Riells beach, shops and restaurants.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Une maison très agréable

Maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien située, conforme à la description de l’annonce. Un seul souci: la présence constante de fourmis dans la cuisine malgré des nettoyages récurrents et le recours à des produits. Par ailleurs, la terrasse n’est pas sécurisée en raison du muret très bas. Pas de problème pour les adultes mais attention aux enfants et aux animaux qui peuvent faire une chute dangereuse.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Propriété bien placée, nous avons apprécié la maison bien équipée, 2 salles de bain , 3.chambres ainsi qu une douche extérieure et la lingerie bien équipée. La grande terrasse qui surplombe les autres maisons de la rue est très agréable. Seul petit bemol: la hauteur du muret de la terasse, qui pour ceux qui ont des petits enfants , est bas, attention. Belle prestation.
