Rural residence located in a quiet village surrounded by nature

On the ground floor, in addition to the small veranda, there is the living area with fireplace and TV / Sat, dining area with kitchen and a cloakroom / utility room. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with bathroom on the second floor there is a large attic bedroom with bathroom and a study / library. All rooms are furnished with period furniture and restored with pieces of contemporary design. The exposed beams and stone walls help create a warm and welcoming environment.

Authentic Apartment in the Mountains

Beautifully appointed apartment with natural stone and wooden beams. Hosts are very warm and hospitable. Fantastic views from the front veranda. Fireplace, great kitchen, two bathrooms. Perfect for two couples or a family. Two bedrooms. Would definately stay there again.

Schöne Unterkunft in ländlicher Umgebung

Stilvoll mit alten Möbeln eingerichtetes Appartement auf einem Bauernhof. Zum Leidwesen unserer Kinder sind die zahlreichen Katzen wenig verschmust. Sehr schöne Landschaft mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten, allerdings mit dem Nachteil, dass die nächste Autobahn weit weg ist. Daher sind viele andere Städte aufgrund der teilweise sehr kurvigen Straßen erst mit langer Anreise erreichbar.

Ein rustikales Ferienhaus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit bei Problemen. Die Anfahrt zu den größeren Städten Parma, Modena, Bologna war etwas beschwerlich, dafür haben wir eine herrliche Landschaft gesehen. Die Räume verteilen sich auf 3 Etagen, sind also nicht behinderengerecht, und sind gut eingerichtet. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos della città, accoglienza e cortesia da 10 e lode..... tutto funzionante al 100%, raccomandato per chi vuole relax e godersi le vacanze. La casa ristrutturata merita un bel 10 in pagella.

Totale relax

La casa è situata in una frazione ma con l’auto in pochi minuti si raggiungono sia il centro che varie località e siti d’interesse. Ma il vero relax lo si vive in questa deliziosa casa arredata con gusto e molto confortevole, un bel gran camino con legna a disposizione e la cucina con tutto il necessario stoviglie, spezie, caffè e il necessario per la prima colazione. Un grazie di cuore alla signora Francesca gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Ländliches Dorf mit Bergblick

Netter Gastgeber, der alles wichtige erklärt und sehr entgegenkommend ist. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem italienischen Bergdorf, ist wunderschön restauriert und eingerichtet - Perfekte Balance zwischen altem, antikem Charme und komfortabler Moderne. Auf der kleinen, angenehm kühlen Terrasse hört man die Geräusche des kleinen Bauerndorfes und fühlt sich in der Zeit zurückversetzt. Canossa und andere Burgen aus dem 11. Jahrhundert laden dazu ein den Spuren der Mathilde (auch wandernd) zu folgen. Modena ist ungefähr 1h entfernt und einen Ausflug wert.

Splendida casetta ristrutturata con attenzione

La casa è un una piccola porzione all'interno di un borgo caratteristico e silenzioso. La gentilezza del signor Rodolfo e la sia disponibilità è stato il modo migliore di iniziare la nostra breve vacanza (anche solo due giorni). Vicino al paese ci sono tutti i servizi utili. La casa è stata ristrutturata con dovizia e attenzione, unendo uno stile rustico a tutti comfort della vita moderna. La cucina è ottimamente attrezzata e funzionale. L'unica pecca che mi impedisce di dare le 5 stelle è la pulizia della casa che al nostro arrivo ha lasciato un po' a desiderare, soprattutto nel bagno e nella cucina.
