Tolle kleine Bucht und sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben und tiptop sauber. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen. Die private kleine Standbucht ist die schönste in der gesamten Bucht und bietet auch eine Außendusche. Das Wasser war wunderbar klar und sauber - toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Unsere Kinder haben viele Muscheln und Krebspanzer gefunden. Außerdem kann man entweder zu Fuß über einen kleinen aufgeschütteten Kiesstrand ins Wasser gelangen oder per Sprung von oben. In der Bucht gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäcker, zu dem man zu Fuß gelangt. Außerdem gibt es 2 kleine Restaurants. Sowohl Dubrovnik als auch Mostar (Bosnien) sind ca. 1 Autostunde entfernt. Einziges Manko ist die Bundesstraße Richtung Dubrovnik, die oberhalb der Bucht verläuft und ein Dauerrauschen erzeugt, das man aber schnell ausblendet, weil nicht zu laut. Das Beste ist natürlich die unmittelbare Lage direkt am Meer.

I was born near Duboka, I have always loved these seaside areas and as soon as I had the chance I built this villa personally taking care of every little detail.

Why they chose this property

I built this house with the intention of renting it and welcoming all my guests with joy, paying homage to them with my local products, good wine and fresh fish. I have always loved to be in contact with so many different people this is also the reason for my choice.

What makes this property unique

I am convinced that the special features are the comfort of the large rooms, the apartment is in fact on two levels, the possibility to have two terraces one from the living room and the other from one of the two bedrooms, and finally for the private beach under the house with sun beds, umbrellas and drinks.
