Villa Tulipano is an elegant and modern two-story independent house located in the center of Positano. It sleeps two people. From Villa Tulipano you will enjoy an enchanting view of the main beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande), of the coast and of the sea. Villa Tulipano is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Villa Tulipano from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 19 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Tulipano. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the main beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande), of the coast and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table is a wall mounted table, and can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has an arched window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid red majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen climbing five steps.
Bottom LevelLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the entrance hall going down six steps. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
