About this property

Modern designed 2 floor villa with beautiful views. The villa is bright and spacious, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, two baths, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area.

This villa also has a private heatable pool (the police heating service is not included in the price). Really comfortable, modern, functional house, with lovely outdoor but also inside dining area. Flat TV, DVD, international satellite TV, free wireless. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and everything you need to feel homelike.

Each bedroom has big double bed. (Please note, this villa has no single bed, double beds only).

Pool Features
Rectangular-shaped style, poolside shower, stainless steel ladder to access the pool, pool heating service (optional) with a surcharge, 6 metres long, 2,5 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.

Baustelle

Eigentlich war die Wohnung schön. Es wurde nur im Vorfeld nichts von einer Baustelle erwähnt. Der Presslufthammer fing schon morgens um 08 Uhr an, trotz Beschwerde an VillaGranCanarie, gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Ruhe und Entspannung war leider nicht gegeben, erst ab 17 Uhr wieder. Leider waren auch viele ( immerhin tote) Kakerlaken im Gartenbereich. Wäre die Baustelle nicht gewesen, wäre es wahrscheinlich ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen.

Peaceful, modern and clean

A great base from which to explore the island. Nice view to wake up to. Quiet area and we felt at home with the modern aesthetics and facilities of the villa. Casa Salobre restaurant and Salobre Sunset bar are lovely places to eat/drink out if you don't want to take the car out. Elevated and away from the crowds but not too far north to attract the clouds!
