New apartment 5 beds, 3 rooms, on 2 floors with wide sea view and located on a promontory called "Monte La Marina" about 1 km from the sea. Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and table, separate kitchen and bathroom. First floor: double bedroom, bedroom with 1 single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with deck chairs and sea view. Parking space included in the price. The house is located in Via D'Arborea in Castelsardo.
It is equipped with all the comforts TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, electric broom, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, gas stove and everything needed for cooking.
Linens, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, towels and tablecloths are provided FREE.
On request a baby bed is available, but without the relative linen.
All included in the price, to celebrate your arrival you will find a bottle of sparkling wine of excellent quality, a bottle of fresh water, and a small supply of detergent washing machine, fabric softener, dishes, toilet paper and paper towel.
To pay the cleaning of the apartment mandatory cost of € 50.00 and the Tourist Tax € 1 per day max 7 days per person excluding children under 14 years.
