The villa consists of two large independent apartments.
The ground floor apartment, elegantly furnished, has three very spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, a lounge, a dining room and a large terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden with many trees from which you can pick seasonal fruit .
The first floor apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a lounge and a terrace which also overlooks the garden.

Thank you for a lovely stay

The Villa looks even better in real life than the pictures shown in the listing. Carlo's place was lovely and stylish, with great decor. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host answered every message fast and was very forthcoming with every wish. The location is perfect: very near to the beach, local transportation, restaurants, bars and even a small supermarket. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free parking spots on the street. If we are planning another trip in this area of Sicily, we will book Villa Teocles again, for sure.

Villa Teocles Naxos Giardini

Good location of the house, near both some local restaurants and nice beaches. Easy access to highway and local road network, so a good base for sightseeing by car. Also bus stop at walking distance. Large house with lot’s of space. If renting in the beginning of the season check if the landlord can arrange with radiators to heat up the house a bit. Good service and contact from the landlord, both before and during the stay. A priceworthy alternative to stay in//B
