Walk down to one of the two fire pits, jump into the 50-foot swimming pool, and soak in the jacuzzi. Lay in the sun on a lawn chair and look across the manicured lawn up towards the mountains or have a game of tennis on your own tennis court! Hike up to Cold Springs trail or walk through the neighborhood to Montecito coffee shop and Pierre La fond for breakfast. The Upper Village and Coast Village Road are just minutes away from shopping and a fabulous meal or coffee.

The kitchen has an open feeling, light, bright and functional with a six-burner gas Viking range complete with a grill, a double oven, and a built-in Sub Zero refrigerator. It is well-appointed with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The adjacent family room has a table seating for eight people with a chandelier and lovely wood floors. The three French doors lead out to a gorgeous garden with a fountain, a magnolia tree, and seating for up to 10 people. Two sofas facing one another in front of a large fireplace to relax and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.

A butler pantry leads to a formal dining room that seats ten with a crystal chandelier and parquet wood floors.

The home has a beautiful garden room that can be a perfect place for breakfast or an afternoon tea with views of the ocean, a round table, and six chairs.

Next to the formal living room, the library has a warm fireplace with a flatscreen TV surrounded by built-in bookshelves, a large sofa, oversized chairs, and a leather ottoman.

A formal living room with a baby grand piano, two love seats flank a marble fireplace, a sofa, and two chairs make accessible seating of ten or more with a bay window overlooks the boxwood gardens.

Across the hall from the living room is a covered sun porch with views of the ocean. The white wicker furniture is a beautiful place to relax or have cocktails to watch the sunset.

The main bedroom has a King bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a flatscreen TV, a large window, and glass doors. The door from this bedroom leads out to a private patio, and the newly remodeled ensuite bathroom has a shower and a separate tub.

The second bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, end tables, an ensuite bathroom, and a peaceful outdoor sitting area.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom with a shower, plenty of closet space, and French doors opening to the beautiful backyard and sun porch.

The fourth bedroom is located upstairs from the family room area. Here you will find a private mini guest suite with a living room, a balcony with sprawling views of the yard, and a bedroom with a California King bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a twin bed nook. A perfect space for one more!

The backyard has several patio seating options with a grill and plenty of space to enjoy a fun family meal. You have shaded covered areas and open areas to soak in the sun. There are steps leading down to a large grassy area with lots of room to play or picnic. Below the home is a large, heated pool with an automatic pool cover and the hot tub under the pergola next to the pool - an excellent place to truly enjoy the peace and serenity of Montecito.

Rose in Bloom is in the perfect Montecito location. Only 1.5 miles from the lower village, 2 miles to butterfly beach, less than 1 mile to cold springs trail, and a quick drive to downtown Santa Barbara.

This home comes with house cleaning for 6 hours two times per week. The home does not have air conditioning or a garage.
