It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a beautiful interior patio that gives plenty of light to the house.

Located in Los Llanos de Aridane has all the services a few minutes from the house. It is the second most populous city in La Palma and places to visit such as Antonio Gómez Felipe Park and the Benahoarita archaeological museum. The city also has good examples of urban art that we recommend to know on foot.

Good location, but very poor description of property

Property is a genuine old home, very well positioned, and has adequate cooking and washing facilities. Comfortable beds. But we did not have a comfortable stay, because the description did not explain a few things, namely: We were not informed that the two main bedrooms are directly next to the street at ground level, and have the only windows to see the outside world. These windows have no glass, just wood shutters, and are not soundproof (or dustproof). Hence street sounds come straight into the bedrooms, and people can (and do) look in unless you always sit in the dark with the shutters closed. No other rooms have windows, except internally, including the kitchen, dining room, hall and third bedroom. The "wonderful inner courtyard" only has a "view" of a small portion of sky (and the utility room), and only has a plastic table and chairs. It is bleak, and desperately needs some potted plants etc. Not a great place to sit or eat, when you know there is such a beautiful island outside. For some people these matters maybe not too important. But the description given is not an accurate one, and thus people cannot make an informed choice. The description should be changed immediately.
