We are pleased to, once again, offer our beautiful, modern and private 'Pool Apartment' for holiday rental. The Apartment is part of the main Villa, and guests have exclusive use of the Pool and deck area during their stay. Located at pool level, it has a private deck and chill out sofas as part of our guests experience.

The apartment is part of a large, modern villa, located in the Axarquia region of Andalusia, close to the village of Riogordo. Decorated and fitted to a high standard of comfort, the apartment benefits from Air Conditioning, WiFi, Sat TV and Blu-Ray DVD player and outside gas BBQ.

The pool area is serviced by comfy sun loungers and a 6 seater 'chillout' bed/sofa.

Nestled in the hills between Comares and Riogordo, and part of the Gran Sendero walking routes.
This haven of tranquillity is perfect for that 'get away from it all' vacation.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful stay, we absolutely adored the view and location! The private swimmingpool was a blessing with the temperatures in Spain during our stay. The owners were easy to contact in case of questions and also respected our privacy. The appartement is exactly how it looked at the photos, very clean! Martin & Vanessa, thanks for the warm welcome and letting us enjoy en relax! We will definitely consider to return!

Estancia en Comares

El apartamento es estupendo. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones placenteras. Martin y Vanessa han sido muy atentos en todo momento. La zona exterior con la piscina es una maravilla, muy soleada. Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia, sin duda, repetiríamos!

Superb!!

From the moment we booked until our departure date we have received a 5* service from Martin and Vanessa. We arrived late at night and Martin was there to great us with Sandy the dog. The apartment is just how it looks in the photos, exceptionally clean and tidy, wifi brilliant and special little touches like bathrobes, shower gels, shampoos etc. Martin and Vanessa have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Pick up your basic supplies from the big supermarkets in Malaga, then top up from the smaller one in Riogordo village about 10-15 mins away. You will not be disappointed with the apartment and we definitely were not. We have just returned (last week Sept, first week Oct has 27-31deg C. Have to say can't wait to return again as the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Definitely recommend. Martin and Vanessa thank you!

Si ce n'est pas le paradis ça y ressemble!

Propriété impeccable, bien située, au calme, propre, décorée avec goût;hôtes discrets,bienveillants,disponibles,très à l'écoute;tout est fait pour nous sentir comme à la maison dès notre arrivée:une bouteille de vin,glaçons,eau fraîche,olives,café ;des produits de premières nécessités et des prestations haut de gamme:grande terrasse avec coin canapé,piscine privée,bains de soleil,barbecue et tout cela avec accès direct de notre logement; un environnement calme,très bien entretenu,citronniers magnifiques et bien d'autres arbres fruitiers. Hôtes de bon conseil pour la découverte de l'Andalousie avec beaucoup d'informations pratiques,prospectus à l'appui . Merci pour ce coin de paradis sur terre !

Un havre de paix niché dans les collines

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Vanessa et Martin qui sont des propriétaires adorables, à la fois attentionnés et discrets au quotidien. L'appartement est charmant, calme, propre, agréable à vivre, décoré avec goût et doté de tout le confort nécessaire. Chaque fenêtre s'ouvre sur la terrasse, la piscine, les citronniers et la colline, avec une vue juste incroyable! On sent vraiment que Vanessa & Martin ont eu à cœur de penser au moindre détail pour le bien-être de leurs locataires : eau fraîche à notre arrivée, gel douche, savon pour les mains, peignoirs, produits d'entretien, bougies, etc... Tout est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison!!! Bien évidemment, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cet appartement qui est un véritable havre de paix ressourçant.. Encore une fois, mille mercis à tous les 2, Vanessa & Martin, pour votre accueil, votre hospitalité, et votre bonne humeur!!! :-)) Benoît & Sandrine
