Ucca Mari is composed of four apartments: a four-room apartment (equipped for accessible use), a three-room apartment and two two-room apartments. Only five minutes from the sea, it is equipped with common facilities such as shared swimming pool solarium, garden, vegetable garden (yes you can pick whatever you want!), BBQ and laundry. Each flat is totally independent with wide verandas, living rooms with sofa beds, air conditioning, internet and everything you need for your perfect stay.

The house is located between the two UNESCO heritage sites of Ragusa (Montalbano 'sites) and Siracusa. Near Viale Ucca Marina, in the so-called Marza Ispica (RG), it stands between Porto Ulisse, Marispica tourist resort and Pozzallo; few kilometers from Pozzallo (10 km), Marzamemi (15 km), Noto (25 km), Modica (35 km) and Syracuse, Ragusa and Scicli. In addition to these cultural and historical sites, the house is surrounded by amazing landscaps such as Vendicari, Calamosche, Cava Grande del Cassibile, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Pantalica and Isola delle Correnti.
