Stylishly decorated and basking in natural light, this Exclusively Eastbourne apartment is just a few minutes stroll from the beach and moments from the cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants, Eastbourne theatres, Towner Art Gallery, Devonshire Park Tennis and town centre.

Set within a Victorian townhouse, it combines the elegance of period sash windows and high ceilings, with contemporary furnishings. The open-plan living space is airy and light. The lounge area is set up for relaxation, with plenty of comfy seating, a Smart TV and an iPod docking station. The dining table seats up to six, and the modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils. A washer-dryer is housed in a separate utility cupboard.

The master double bedroom is stylishly decorated, and includes a double bed and plenty of cupboard space for your clothes. The twin room is equally attractive, with a dressing table and wardrobe. For families of five, a z-bed can be set up (supplement may apply and must be arranged in advance).

The indulgent bathroom offers underfloor heating and a delicious jacuzzi bath - perfect for easing tired muscles after a day exploring the glorious South Downs.

Free WiFi provided, plus towels and linen (please bring your own beach / swimming towels). Parking is on street and permits can be provided on check in (£2 per vehicle, per day).
