On the ground floor you have the living room with the fitted kitchen then a bathroom and a separate toilet and a bedroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You benefit from local shops 100 meters away (bakery, grocery store, tobacco, coffee, fishmonger). The city center is 800 m away. Bus stop 200 m. Possibility to park without problem.
