Mondrian House in Tor Pigna is a bright, perfectly renovated 70 sqm apartment with two balconies and is located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a period building. It consists of a large living room, kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom, a mezzanine and two balconies. It is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning and a television in every room. The neighborhood is strategic: in front of the house there is the little train called Laziali Giardinetti which takes 10 minutes to reach the Termini station and the city center. A few steps away is the stop of the new metro C Malatesta that connects the neighborhood with San Giovanni. The 409 under the house in 10 minutes arrives at the Tiburtina Station. The nearest metro A is Arco Di Travertino and is 10 minutes by bus. Near the house there is the famous Alessandrino Aqueduct and the Villa de Sanctis Park, also known as the Casilino Labicano Park.

Great Stay! Fast WiFi! Great Host ❤️

We stayed at Francesco’s awesome apartment and were greeted by a super friendly and kind host. He made us feel at home and shared tips and ideas on things to do and places to eat. He was a great host! Francesco’s apartment is incredible. He has it so nicely decorated. We loved it! The art is from various places and in such good taste. The AC blew very cold the whole time we stayed and the lovely balconies were open and allowed in fresh air and light. He even had a washer! We didn’t use it but thought that was very nice to have available. Towels were set out for us and everything was so nice. One of the best things about the location is what it’s right on the train line. You can see the tram stop from the house! Just walk out and you’re at the yellow train stop. So so so convenient. Also there were a few markets nearby and lots of small shops. I probably should have said this sooner but the WiFi is suuuuuper fast!!!!! We will definitely stay here if and when we are back in Rome. Thanks Francesco!!
