Discover the charm of this beautiful villa in Calpe, located on the impressive Costa Blanca, designed to provide an exceptional experience for up to 6 people. With three elegant bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors, this fully air-conditioned villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable environment at all times.

INSIDE:

The beautiful villa is distributed on the UPPER FLOOR, where you will find a cozy entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed and access to a sunny solarium with stunning views of the sea. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Descending via internal stairs, we reach the GROUND FLOOR, which offers a spacious living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and sea views, with access to a covered terrace and the pool area. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, becomes the heart of the home. Two further bedrooms, both with sea views (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), together with another bathroom with shower, complete the interior amenities.

ABROAD:

The exterior of the villa stands out for its pleasant 8x4 meter pool with Roman stairs and a large terrace for sunbathing. A built-in barbecue offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors, while parking on the same plot ensures convenience.

Located in a privileged area that combines tranquility and proximity to the beaches and the center of Calpe, the villa is just 1.6 km from the nearest supermarket and 2.7 km from the sandy beach and local restaurants.

DON'T RENT THIS HOUSE

IT IS THE SECOND YEAR THAT WE RENT THIS VILLA AND SEE THAT THERE IS NOTHING IS DONE TO SERVICE . AFTER A HEAVY DOWNPOUR WE SHOULD NOTE THAT THE OVERFLOWING IN THE BEDROOM TERRACE LOCKDOWN WAS WITH THE RESULT THAT THE BEDROOM WAS UNDER WATER AND ALSO THE BATHROOM DOWN UNDER.IT'S AN OLD BED WITH BUGS. SO YOU MUST ALWAYS CRABS TO YOUR BODY.THE APPOINTMENT WAS THAT WE WENT TO LEAVE BUT 16U BUT AT 12U WE MUST TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF NEW TENANTS. SO THIS WILL BE SAY THAT THERE ARE NOTHING DO TO AT THE SERVICE. IT'S ONLY FOR THE MONEY MISS. DE VUYST JEANINE ZWEVEGEM
