Very clean (see reviews); 3 bedroom Gite annex surrounded by extensive garden (4000 sq m) located in quiet countryside village. Indoor kitchenette & outdoor summer Kitchen with Barbecue. Wheel Chair access with Ground floor Bathroom & Bedroom. Large (12x6m) private & secluded solar heated Swimming pool (Salt Electrolysis) 1, 85m (6ft) deep plunge section and shallower 1,1m (3ft ) play area. Hard court area for Petanque; Badminton etc. Also we have swings as well as bikes of various sizes including for the mini kids . Very close to the foothills for walks and rambles and 30 minutes drive to the the beautiful Pyrenees Mountains. Local historic towns and markets within a short driving distance. (including Spain). Equal distance from both the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, reached in just over 2 hrs drive.

Un séjours magnifique pour toute la famille

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique entre Randonnées, Lacs et villes. Le gîte est très propre et de très bonne qualité. Merci à Andrew et Elisabeth pour leur accueille chaleureux et leur conseils précieux.

Parfait

Si vous aimez le calme et la tranquilité,cette location est faite pour vous !! La maison est grande, très propre et l'environnement est très bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'occuper dehors ( table de ping pong, panier de basket...). Les propriétaires sont très gentils et toujours prêts à nous donner des idées de sorties ou de balades. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Super séjour dans un cadre très propre et calme !!! Un coin piscine plus que parfait avec des coins d'ombres pour profiter !!! Maison agréable, au calme.

Nous n’avons pas pour habitude de commenter nos locations mais cette maison vaut vraiment de s’y arrêter. Elle est très bien entretenue, propre et spacieuse. La grande piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants et des plus grands. Panier de basket, badminton, pétanque, balançoire, jeux de société ont également contribués à rendre notre séjour agréable. La maison est idéalement placée pour les balades et les sorties à vélo. La région est tout simplement magnifique ! Andrew et Elisabeth sont accueillants et toujours prêts à rendre service. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Andy is a NE England born Brit and has been living in France with his French wife Elisabeth for over 20 years . We have Two teenage sons attending University who like outdoor activities and the mountains as much as we do. The local kids club is open to any children from anywhere internationally and is around 12 Euro a day. Lunch and great activities included , a real bargain. Andy works in construction around europe and our place is self built to highest standards. Elisabeth works locally and also loves horse riding.

As mentioned Andy has self built this property to the highest standards with amenities he is very pround and pleased to share with you. He has considered all your needs in providing ramp access to the property with a ground floor bedroom and bathroom , designed for wheelchair access. As well as ramped access to the pool area. The property is located in a sheltered spot on the edge of the small rural village of Rouede . The village has its own Auberge which is high standard & has awards. So dining out is local if you just want to kick back and relax. Within easy travelling distance of to small historic towns with fantastic markets. Not to forget Spain and the beautiful Pyrenees.

Large solar heated accessible pool with adjacent shower & WC plus a great relaxation area. Interieur and exterieur cuisine . Ground floor Bedroom and bathroom for those who need wheelchair access. Fine views of the hills facing south with plenty of sunshine whilst being secluded from view.
