The property is beautifully decorated with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, stylish two-person bedroom and sunny and very light living room. It has a flatscreen TV with Smart tv, free WiFi, airconditioning and heating.
The bungalow owns a spacious sunny South facing terrace overviewing the sea and the beach. The terrace has a rain shower, sunbeds, terrace furniture and a bbq area.

The bungalow lies within the gated community La Roca. La Roca separates the two beaches of Torremolinos. Its location is perfect, above the beach, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Torremolinos and Pueblo Blanco with its lovely Spanish style streets with the typical white houses and orange trees. You can find shops and restaurants along the whole coastline on the beach and in the centre of Torremolinos. For delicious food and drinks, you can go to the famous restaurant El Gato Lounge right below the bungalow at the beach. The beach is accessible by private elevator or stairway. Free parking within the urbanisation included.

Torremolinos is very famous for the perfect holiday location on the Costa del Sol because of its diversity. Torremolinos has a large beach line that goes all the way from Málaga to Benalmádena with a beautiful promenade to enjoy shopping, sunbathing, delicious food, terraces, restaurants. With over more than 300 days of sunshine during the year, it is a very popular place to spend the holidays or to enjoy the sunny, mild winter months. Malaga airport at only 7 km away and trains and buses to all main locations.

Wonderful place !

We had such a great time at the beach house. The property is beautiful and perfectly located near the beach and the city center. The team from Housefocus were very attentive and responsive. Can’t wait to come back !

Perfektes Ferienapartment

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Ferienapartment verbracht. Das Apartment sieht genau so aus wie fotografiert und beschrieben. Es liegt herrlich privat in der mit Bettenburgen bebauten Umgebung und ist daher völlig ruhig. Kein Autolärm, Müllwagenlärm oder laute Strandschwärmer. Bei offenem Fenster / bzw. Türelement zu schlafen und nur das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören, ist fantastisch. Man gelangt sehr einfach über eine Treppe nach unten zum Meer oder über einen privaten Aufzug. Der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir einen „guten Schluck“ zur Begrüßung vor, danke dafür! Auch die Rückgabe des Apartments war schnell, freundlich und problemlos. Das Apartment liegt in einem abgesperrten Bereich, für unser Auto erhielten wir eine Chipkarte, so fanden wir immer einen bequemen Parkplatz. Die Flugzeuge vom airport Malaga sieht man in der fern hochziehen, keine Geräuchsbelästigung deswegen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und schön. Wir haben lange nach einem Apartment gesucht, es gibt ja eine Menge Auswahl. Es ist nicht einfach in dieser sehr bebauten Lage was Schönes zu finden. Dieses Apartment kann man nur jedem empfehlen, einfach Klasse!

Torremolinos im Dezember

Wir sind mit einigen Vorstellungen nach Torremolinos gereist, die sich leider nicht so verwirklicht haben, wie wir uns das gedacht haben. Da ist zum einen das Wetter. Es hatte seit März 2021 nicht mehr geregnet, ausgerechent 2 Tage vor unserer Anreise kam der große Regen. Für die Menschen, die dort leben sicherlich von großem Nutzen, als Urlauber nicht so schön. Kann aber keiner was für! Zum anderen die Unterkunft: durch den Regen feucht und kalt, die Heizmöglichkeit mit drei Ölradiatoren ( das sind so kleine Heizkörper mit Stecker) sehr begenzt, zudem durch die elektrische Hausinstallation enorm eingeschränkt. Nach 30 Minuten Betrieb fliegt die Sicherung raus und nichts geht mehr. Besser man nutzt nicht noch zusätzlich die Klimaanlage zum Heizen, dann verringert sich die Zeit bis zum Blackout auf 15 Minuten. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft nur begrenzt zu: - für 2 Personen ein Badehandtuch und ein kleines Handtuch, sehr spärlich! Wahrscheinlich geht der Vermieter davon aus, dass man die Waschmaschine für die zwei Handtücher nutzt. Das haben wir uns dann aber doch verkniffen, da wir lieber eine gewisse Wärme in der Wohnung bevorzugten anstelle der Handtuchreinigung (siehe oben das Thema Sicherungen) - ein Handtuch in der Küche - Grill nicht vorhanden - Sonnenschirm nicht vorhanden - Terrasse wurde von uns gereinigt - Auflagen und Liegestühle als Selbstbausatz im Wohnzimmer gelagert - die Sauberkeit im Aussen- und teilweise im Innenbereich ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. - Fehrnsehgerät (Flachbildschirm mit Fernbedienung) vorhanden, Empfangsmöglichkeit Fehlanzeige, es sei denn man ist Netflix-Fan und hat auch ein Netflix-Konto. - die Hälfte der Schränke in der Wohnung war verschlossen, der Rest der Schränke sehr klapperig. - Immerhin: die Kaffeemaschine verrichtete Ihren Dienst geräuschvoll, aber zuverlässig. Fazit: bei schönem Wetter hat die Wohnung eine tolle Terrasse mit umwerfendem Blick, für die gebotene Leistung insgesamt jedoch zu teuer. Ob wir die Wohnung nochmal mieten würden? klares Nein!
