About this property

Elevated holiday cottage located on a hilly dune and natural plot approx. 100 m from the ocean. From the house and plot you have great views of the dune area. The house was built in 1974, renovated in 1993 and since renovated through the years. Open concept kitchen and living room, conservatory, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a sauna. For extra heating there is a moveable gas fireplace. The furnishings is classic, Danish cottage style with emphasis on cosiness. The conservatory is very bright due to the large windows and here you will most likely spend a lot of hours. From the living room and conservatory you have great views of dunes and nature. Large open terrace facing east, south and west where you can enjoy the sun all day and easily find a nook for sunbathing. From the terrace you have direct access to the hilly plot.
