1 bedroom Duplex Penthouse apartment with sea views in Parque Santiago 1. The complex is first line to the sea and the apartment is to the front of the complex (9 doors from the sea). It comes fully equipped for a lovely family holiday and comprises; Lounge with open kitchen and patio doors leading to the terrace. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a full family bathroom. The apartment has a great range of T.V. channels including BBC 1, ITV and even Sky Sports 1,2,3, and 4. The swimming pool is heated and there is a lovely snack bar selling a good range of food and beverages. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The property is fully equipped with a bright, open modern style kitchen. There is an integral microwave oven with grill facility and a large style fridge freezer. The bathroom has recently been modernized and is fully equipped with a walk in shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The apartment has free private wifi. We ask for 25% deposit on booking. 10. 30am check out and check in after 2pm.
