About this property

Situated just 10 mins stroll to Bowness or Windermere.

4 lovely bedrooms - on the second floor there is 1 master room with king bed TV and ensuite with bath and shower, a double room with a ‘star gazing’ velux window, another king bedroom and double bedroom on the ground floor with a shared family bathroom and shower. On the first floor is a lovely kitchen with breakfast bar style dining area ( dishwasher :) ) and lounge with Tv and fireplace. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities.

Outside there is a bbq a table and chairs and parasol - seats four - but additional ( non matching ) seating and another table is available.

Please note there is 2 3 seater couches to the lounge but additional seating available by way of bean bags and floor cushions.

The breakfast bar has 6 matching stools but there are three additional available ( non matching ) but this does make it a bit of a squeeze.

Clean and well behaved dogs are welcome but please wash and dry paws ( and belly’s ) before letting them on the cream carpet ( sorry but if additional cleaning is required for doggy messes we will have to take it from the deposit ).
