This 3 bedroom bungalow is located on a quiet rural road just 5 minutes drive from the town of Stromness. The property is situated in an idyllic location overlooking Stromness and the Hoy Hills.

There is one double room, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room. The bathroom has a large bath and separate shower cubicle. The kitchen has a large dining area suitable for entertaining families or groups.

The property is very family friendly; there are cotbeds, high chairs, changing mats and toys available on request.

There is ample parking space for up to 3 cars, oil central heating and Wi-Fi all included.

Beautiful home from home

An excellent property. Well equipped. Convenient for visits across islands. Amazing view of Stromness. Clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious. Highly recommended

Excellent Location

This was a comfortable rental with everything we could want for our week's stay. We particularly liked the rural situation with a short distance into Stromness. It was an ideal location for exploring Orkney. One small negative detail--the furniture showed considerable staining due to heavy use. Other than this, everything was clean. The property is very suitable for families with young families and a dog.

Absolutely beautiful!

This beautiful house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s a home from home and there is nothing that hasn’t been thought of. The house even has toys, which we didn’t use because our children are much older, but even so, they are there if needed. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a freezer, wonderful drying facilities and even an iron and a hairdryer! The beds were oh so comfy and everything was perfect. We had dealings with both Kerry and Tara, who were absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough to help us - thank you, Kerry and Tara. We were able to use the garage to store our bikes as well. The views from the house are amazing and the location of the house is perfect too - just out of Stromness but you can still see the whole of it. Perfect for people who want to take their bikes as Stromness is close enough to bike down to. Overall, this house is absolutely amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing holiday, in a house that has everything you will ever need to make it so.

A very spacious and well equipped property just outside of Stromness with lovely views across to the harbour and hills. Very conveniently placed for visiting the main neolithic sites and for catching car ferry to Hoy from nearby Houton. We had a delightful time at the property - a wonderful base for our stay.
