About this property

By the sea and near the center of the village, neat apartment for 3 to 4 people.

On foot the beach is 20 min, the village center 7 min and the supermarket 5 min. A pocket bay over 2 m gives a magnificent view of Péro beach.
In a 1.45 ha condominium, vehicle parking is provided by a reserved space.
The entrance is through the 15 m² terrace, south / east side, with barbecue and garden furniture.
A comfortable kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge / freezer).
A heat pump, reversible air conditioning ensures hot and cold depending on the season.
An independent bedroom (140x190 bed) and a mezzanine (2 80x190 beds) can accommodate 3 to 4 people.
The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a suspended toilet.
For walks and distractions Corsica opens up its whole universe.
At the port of Cargèse, boat rental, diving school, and on the beach of Chiuni at 4.5 km, jet ski rental, towed buoy, horse riding, and access to Club Med for the day.

Needs some love...

The property is in a quiet location and has a lovely view. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room spacious. However we did not feel welcome. It was not clear which was the right apartment and we were told off by a neighbour for parking in the wrong place. The owner’s daughter met us after a wait and we discovered we had to pay for linen - 30€ for which we received 2 sheets, one pillow case each (although there were two pillows each) and one towel each for the week. There were no kitchen bin liners, no washing powder for the machine, 3 dishwasher tablets and 1 inch of washing up liquid. Half the cupboard in the bedroom was locked and the wardrobe in the hall contained the Hoover. The hairdryer was held together with sellotape. The table on the balcony was rickety and needs replacing. The apartment could be really nice but it needs a lot of love to bring it up to standard. There was no welcome folder, just some rules in a drawer.
