Located 300m from the center of the village of Monétier-les-Bains in a quiet area the chalet benefits from all current comfort and has just been classified 3 * by the Tourist Office of Serre-Chevalier.
With a surface of 150m2, it is spread over 3 levels:
- Ground floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people with French windows opening onto the garden, a bathroom (shower and sink), an independent WC.
- 1st floor: Beautiful living room with wood stove, lit by large bay windows, fitted kitchen, spacious and open to the dining room. The living room opens onto a balcony and a south-facing terrace with an electric blind in summer, also accessible from the garden.
- 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bathroom (bath and sink), separate WC.
Private parking for 2 cars, plowed in winter.

Chalet bien équipé et propre

Chalet très confortable et au calme pour 10 personnes. Les indications fournies par le propriétaire et la conciergerie sont très claires. Une attention est fortement apportée à la propreté et à l'état générale du chalet, équipements compris. Ce qui est fort appréciable. Il faut marcher 5 min pour prendre la navette amenant au pied des pistes. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons adoré le domaine skiable de serre chevalier. Le village de monetier est pour nous le plus joli et typique de la vallée.
