About this property

Entirely Ibiza style renovated villa in Sotogrande (Alto) - Andalusia. The house is 5 km from the beach. There are 4 bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 4 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen has recently been completely renovated. There is a beautiful garden, swimming pool, table tennis table, TV with many foreign channels (including all Dutch channels) and a good music system (Sonos). There is a fireplace, underfloor heating and a washing machine and dryer are available.
There is a lot to do in the area, there are numerous restaurants, beach bars, many golf courses, tennis and padel courts, swimming pools etc. etc. etc.
Andalusia has a beautiful nature and many authentic Spanish villages. There is an extraordinary amount to see in the immediate area. Almost every day there is a market somewhere.
Sotogrande is 100 kilometers from Malaga airport. Renting cars is very easy there. From Amsterdam it is 2.500 km by car, a long but beautiful route

Villa Ibizenca

The villa is very comfortable and pleasant to live in. we appreciated the decoration which is very successful in the IBIZA style. One note, for the evening we would have liked a little more lighting in the living room (lampshades or floor lamps). In short fully satisfied. La villa es muy cómoda y agradable para vivir. Apreciamos la decoración que está muy lograda al estilo IBIZA. Una nota, para la noche nos hubiera gustado un poco más de iluminación en el salón (pantallas o lámparas de pie). En definitiva, totalmente satisfechos.

Perfect for our family holiday

The villa is beautiful. Location is perfect. There are building works going on at the house next door which slightly impacted our enjoyment sunbathing but the pool was great 👍 would love to stay there again. Thanks so much

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine grâce à la demeure dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Tout était parfait la décoration extraordinaire, avec beaucoup de gout. Agréable, spacieuse, confortable, propre, la literie impeccable, tout était parfait, rien ne manquait, cuisine très fonctionnelle. Amazing villa, wonderful stay

Superb property. Beautifully decorated yet very welcoming for family and children. A perfect holiday stay. I very much appreciated that it was well set up for group dinners and families.
