There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and stove top, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven. There is plenty of kitchenware for guests wishing to cook their own food. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, double wardrobe, TV with DVD player and the other with 2 singles beds. The shower room has on-demand hot water, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside there is a front garden with off-street private parking for 2 cars. The back garden has a patio with table and chairs and a lockable shed for safely storing guest's own golf clubs, bikes or outdoor equipment. There is a tumble dryer and clothes drying rack in the shed. There is an iron and ironing board, travel cot and high chair and hairdryer.

If you are travelling by bus, train or air the house has very good access. There is a bus stop to the city centre, with frequent buses, 200 metres from the house. Entry details: arrival time is from 3 pm, key collection is available up until 10 pm, latest departure time when checking out is 10 am. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
