Flexible cancellation policy
If there are mobility restrictions due to the global COVID-19 pandemic that prevent the stay from taking place, the deposit paid for the reservation of accommodation will be refunded or a voucher will be issued for the stay to take place in the future.

This accommodation gives you the ultimate holiday feeling. You can find this apartment right next to the beach of Bajondillo, Torremolinos. Wake up in the morning overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The views are beautiful. Stroll along the 6-kilometre beaches or walk just into the lively Torremolinos city centre. Urbanization La Roca is known for its location.

The apartment is located on the first floor, you can take the stairs or the elevator.

The balcony is overlooking the amazing garden with tropical vegetation and large swimming pool area. From the balcony, you are overlooking the pool and sea!

Bedroom
The apartment has one well-sized bedroom with a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has access to the balcony.

Livingroom
The living is cosy and light with big windows and a great view. There is a comfortable seating area and a dining table for 4 people. From here you have access to the balcony.

Bathroom
The bathroom has everything that you need: a spacious shower, toilet and a bidet.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and a refrigerator with freezer.

Air-conditioning and Television
There is air conditioning, WIFI and international TV channels available.

Parking
There is parking space to park your car in the community.

Beaches and restaurants
Just a 2-minute walk and you are at the beach. Or you can take the private lift. At Bajondillo Beach you can find several bars and restaurants.

Pueblo Blanco (white village) is at your doorstep, just a 1-minute walk. In the small streets of this village, you will find great restaurants and tapas bars. Especially in the evening, this area has a great vibe.

Torremolinos is famous as the perfect holiday location on the Costa del Sol because of its diversity. Torremolinos has a large beach line that goes all the way from Málaga to Benalmádena with a beautiful promenade to enjoy shopping, sunbathing, delicious food, terraces, restaurants. The beach is rewarded with a blue flag which means that the beach and its environment is clean and safe. With over more than 300 days of sunshine during the year, it is a very popular place to spend the holidays or to enjoy the sunny, mild winter months. Malaga airport at only 7km or 10 minutes by train.
