The property, bright and spacious, has got a large living room and an independent kitchen, both with access onto a lovely terrace with sea views.
From the living room there is a corridor that takes to the three bedroom and two bathrooms. There is a family bathroom with bathtub right in front of two of the bedrooms, one with two twins and the second one with double bed, the third bedroom has got its one private bathroom with bathtub and access onto a terrace, that has also got access from the second bedroom.

The apartment has got air conditioning both in bedrooms and living room and wifi connection.


LOCATION:

The development, Los Miradores del Puerto, in the km 14, has got a large communal area with paddel court, garden and a lovely pool, maintained all along the year. (March 2023 closed due to maintenance)

Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and in the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...

Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.
In this area, Tomás Maesstre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
Professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
