In a unique and enviable position a few meters from the sea, we rent an apartment in a villa on the ground floor, composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, corridor, windowed bathroom with washing machine, complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, machines of coffee, TV, covered veranda overlooking the sea, large garden with parking space that overlooks the sandy beach of La Conia.
The apartment is ideal for families with children, both for its location very close to the beach, both for the large and spacious garden.
The apartment is complete with everything you need for your stay, linen is provided on request (sheets, towels).
The cooking area is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, TV, crockery.
A few steps away is also the pier Il Cormorano, where you can moor a boat or rent a boat to visit the beautiful islands of the La Maddalena archipelago: Spargi, Budelli, Caprera ...
At La Conia, in the Gulf of Arzachena 2 km from Cannigione and a few kilometers from the main centers of the Costa Smeralda, just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful and renowned beaches of Sardinia, 30 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

A quit paradise

Friendly, clean, with everything you need, a perfect location to enjoy magnificent Sardinia. The host sister was next door helping us to feel welcome and find everything. We will be back.
