Beautiful villa on a beautiful wooded plot of 3000 m2 lined with dry stone wall, swimming pool (8 * 4) in full scrubland (and 2 steps from downtown!)

With an area of 120m2 redone in 2017, you will enjoy 3 bedrooms (including 1 double bed in the master bedroom), a large bathroom (shower and bath), 2 toilets and a mezzanine (sleeps camp).

Modern kitchen open to a living room and a very pleasant dining room.
Comfort with air conditioning in every room, washing machine and dishwasher.

2 terraces, one sheltered with available: Plancha, ping-pong table, deckchair, swing, football cage, ...

This villa is in a very quiet area and 10 minutes from downtown Nîmes (the bullring, square house, ...). We are 30 minutes from the Pont du Gard, about 1 hour from the King Grau / Aigues-mortes.

Très belle maison proche du centre de Nîmes

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans cette belle propriété avec grande piscine. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous grâce à l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. En 35 minutes à pied du cœur de Nimes, nous avons profité de cette ville animée et chargée d'histoire. Très bonnes vacances !!
